Shakti Sharan was brought up by his parent with ingraining the virtues of integrity, respect for self and others, trust and empathy right from the beginning at home.

A Delhi University Graduate with Hons and a Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing Management, Shakti held many key positions in corporate and also worked as an entrepreneur as well as consultant..

Shakti now possesses a total professional experience of more than three decades.

During his professional journey, Shakti had been heading various departments nationally and had been active member of M&A teams for a couple of companies. Shakti also represented LIMRA-LOMA USA exclusively for India & Sri Lanka for all their four verticals where he successfully chaired the India Executive Board meetings of CEOs of Insurance Companies of India & Sri Lanka. Shakti has successfully consulted as well as started a couple of ventures which are flourishing to date.

Shakti is retained as a Resource Person for IICA – Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Anita, a Delhi University Graduate with Hons and a Post Graduate in Computer Programming from NIIT, started her career with River Run Software Inc USA and went on to lending tech support to various organization in the fields of Human Resource, Administration and Processes. Anita is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of professional experience to her credit.

Anita has been instrumental in helping the organizations streamline their HR, Administration and back office processes for both – start ups as well as mature organizations.

Anita’s one of the greatest contribution for the organizations have been a seamless integration of technology within various departments and verticals to optimise productive time and increase efficiency.
